Visiting this website

Delivering a web page requires processing technical connection information. The hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, access time, requested URL, browser or device information, referring page and response status to deliver the site, investigate errors and protect it against misuse.

The basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical records are retained only for the period needed for those purposes, unless investigating a specific incident or meeting a legal obligation requires longer retention. Hosting and IT providers may access this information where necessary to operate and protect the website.

Cookies, forms and page features

This Coming Soon page contains no registration or newsletter form, account, payment facility, analytics tag or advertising tracker. Its images and font are hosted with the page. The page does not set cookies or store the selected audience tab in your browser; changing tabs only changes the visible content. The animated opening follows pointer movement locally in your browser; pointer positions are not stored or sent to us.

Following us on LinkedIn does not register you with Exhibeasy or subscribe you to an email list.

Links to other services

LinkedIn, Expooya and other linked websites open only when you follow a link. No social feed, video or map is embedded here. The destination provider then applies its own privacy terms and may process data outside the European Economic Area. See LinkedIn’s privacy policy for its service.

If you contact us

We use the contact details and information you provide to answer your enquiry. Depending on its purpose, the legal basis is pre-contractual or contractual communication under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, legitimate business correspondence under Article 6(1)(f), or a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c).

Relevant communication providers and authorised staff may process your enquiry. Correspondence is kept as needed to handle it and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable retention duties.

Your rights

Where the GDPR conditions are met, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent if a processing activity relies on it. Contact info@expooya.at to exercise these rights.

You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

Future changes

This notice covers the current Coming Soon website. We will update it when the site’s services or data processing change, including before introducing any registration or newsletter process.
